It took weeks for this car to get fixed, there 4 1/2 weeks, didnt contact me regularly for when things coming in or things missed on reinstall when dropping the car off. Missed container for radiator fluid, failed to put in parts that were in car, next to the battery they should have taken for core. Did replace my pcm and cruise like i asked tho. Shocked what was done for 2k spent, just felt like it took too long, and a container missed despite going past it each time the hood is opened,

I wanted to leave a review for how easy it was to schedule an appointment with you guys! There was a chat agent online, Celeste, who helped me sort out an issue I had with scheduling, and submitted an appointment request for me. I’ve never encountered a (real) live chat agent ready to answer questions and help on any website before, and I was so impressed 👍

Was stuck at KT my dad and I drove over asked if they could call a tow truck because we were not having any luck they did. They got me in the same day to see what was wrong with my truck then next day my truck was fixed. They restored my trust in that dealership from the bad experience from last owners. Will definitely be getting my next vehicle there when I’m ready.

My daughter was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee L limited. A dealership in Green Bay had one. she set up an appointment to view it. Worst mechanic car dealer I've ever been in! Great service. Had regular service and then bought 4 tires. Great deal on the tires and good price on service. Both service reps I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of everything being done.
Adam was phenomenal and I would go back because of him. He kept me informed, his professionalism and his empathy made the experience excellent.

My experience with the service department was above and beyond my expectations. I had a check engine light and a rough idle on my Jeep Wrangler it came down to the simple problem of having a bad spark plug. The service department did not try to fix a bunch of stuff that did not need to be done. I was totally impressed with this.
I was stranded and got towed in. They got me in right away, which I appreciate. But I got screwed bu the coat. A wheel bearing is $150 and I was charged almost $500 for the part. I had my other wheel bearing replace and whole job cost me $380 I was charged $1400 by your company.

I have had my Ram serviced twice with Kyle Wilson. He was polite, courteous, friendly and professional each time. He listened to my truck concerns and they were addressed promptly and at a reasonable price. I will gladly consider using Heiser Ram as my go to dealer as long as I continue to recieve the outstanding service Kyle and the team have provided.
I feel like this location doesn't really want or need my business at times. Ive asked for pricing on different services and have been told that they will get me information and that never happens. When I do bring my vehicle in for simple service I feel like it takes double or triple the time it should. I have never had an oil change and tire rotation take an hour and a half to two hours.
They gave me options to fix my problem and were very helpful and friendly, good customer service

I had my truck in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had the same thing performed on my Ram in October for $128.00. 3 months later the same service was $193.00! WTH? Never again will my truck see your shop.

Probably the best experience I've ever had buying a car at a dealership. Sam and Stephan in sales were friendly and helpful. No high pressure tactics or trying to upsell. Collin in finance stayed late to get us the best rate (all three stayed late on a Friday night). Very satisfied with everything. Don't let my expression fool you, that was just about my wife's choice of color.

A simple oil change at a Jeep dealer. You would think they would know how to reset the oil life on a Jeep and that as a part of an oil change it would be an automatic step. Not the case. Good thing I checked it the next day so that I could reset it.
